Mold Remediation That Starts With Moisture.
Mold needs moisture to grow, and the Gulf Coast has plenty of it. We help contain the affected area, address the growth, and point out the moisture source so it’s less likely to return.

Mold Remediation
What You’re Dealing With.
Mold often shows up after a leak, a flood, or a long stretch of high humidity. Sometimes you can see it. Other times you notice a musty smell before you find where it is.
Remediation is about more than cleaning what’s visible. It means containing the area so spores don’t spread, removing affected materials when needed, and dealing with the moisture that caused the problem in the first place.

After a leak

High humidity
Poor ventilation and coastal humidity can lead to growth in bathrooms, attics, and closets.

Questions
Mold FAQs.
Can mold be completely eliminated?
Mold spores exist naturally almost everywhere, so no one can honestly promise to remove every spore. Remediation focuses on addressing the growth in your property and the moisture that allowed it.
Can I clean mold myself?
Very small surface spots can sometimes be handled by a homeowner. Larger areas, growth inside walls, or mold after flooding are better handled with containment and proper procedures.
Why did the mold come back?
Usually because the moisture source wasn’t fixed. That’s why we look for the cause, not just the growth.
